I have to give it to Lenny he is absolutely the BEST salesman I've ever worked with he spoke with me when I called about a specific vehicle the vehicle had already been sold but LENNY found something similar and even made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicle and payments and all of this was over the phone!! I called Lenny every day with questions and he answered! Finally today is the day (1/13/2017) I came in rushing to get my vehicle and he was right there with all the paper work and the vehicle OUT FRONT!! I can't thank him enough for making this possible because I literally didn't know what I would have done if turned down again like all the other dealers did!!! I took my daughter, MyIesha Alston, down to Auto America to inquire about a car. Lenny greeted us with great customer service and kept his word the entire time. The finance process was very easy and we left with a great ride. I am planning to have my wife check out a car so I can get my truck back. Bobby Greene Jr.

We drove 2 1/2 hours to another dealer about 5 miles down the road only to get the old bait and switch. Started checking other lots as we worked back home and stopped in here looking for a car for our daughter. Lenny showed us several cars in our price range and was helpful. WE picked out a small SUV with a great car fax report but it had a light on in the dash for a tire problem. We worked out a out the door price that we both could accept and they jumped on it and got the part to repair the tire problem in just a few minutes longer than it took to do the paperwork. They are straight up, down to earth, good to work with people. The next time that I need a good used car, I will be looking towards them to see what they got and if they don't have it, I will call and let them find it for me. As mad as I was at the other dealer for the lies that they told to get me to drive 2 1/2 hours each way, Lenny and the staff here made it worth the trip, so it was a blessing to stop here.

I purchased a 07'Nissan Sentra with only 68,000 miles !! After being turned down by several dealers because of my BAD credit.. I was sent to Lenny at Auto America ! (by one of the dealers that turned me down) I was frustrated and just wanted to say the heck with it ! I bought a Chrysler Crossfire from these guys in March of last year, great group and they stood behind what they sold me. I recently got very sick and needed make some changes in my monthly bills and I called Sean (he's the Sales Manager) great guy to work with and explained what was going on, come on in he said and I worked with Lenny, you wont find a better salesman or all around guy. They took the Crossfire back in on trade for a very nice Dodge Dakota. Trucks rear bumper has some damage on it, but they didn't hesitate in giving me a We Owe for the repairing of the bumper. I tried a few other places before coming here and got the "sure we can help you" then the "umm you don't qualify for this car, but I have another" then the "can you come up with another $1,000.00 for down payment"? I told Lenny what I wanted, the car was outside waiting for me to test. It was in showroom condition. I gave the downpayment he requested along with paperwork and drove my car home.
